Their parents are Dr. & Mrs. Kenneth Eugene Conklin, Sr., and Mr. & Mrs. Bill F. Tilson, She is wearing an azalea silk dress. The bride designed and created her wedding gown and going away ensemble. The couple later divorced and she married Richard Dean Rogers.

Here are three photographs of Leo Henry (January 7, 1900-September 27, 1984) and Agnes (Kelly) Henry (October 18, 1902-September 8, 1994). Leo was born January 7, 1900 on a farm east of Wetmore, Kansas and his parents were Andrew and Mary Gudenkauf Henry. When he was two months old the family moved to a farm south of Seneca. Leo had five siblings: Frank, Antone, Catherine, Joe and Ben and two half brothers: Clemens Zind and Vincent Henry. Leo was 10 years old when his mother died. On October 11, 1921, Leo married Agnes Kelly. He was a farmer and stockman. Leo and Agnes had eleven children: Rita (Fienhage), Eileen (Huls), Betty (Kramer), Mary (Chelemedos), James, Norma (Heiman), Arlen, Cecil, Damian, Sonja and Nick. Leo died September 27, 1984 in Seneca, Kansas. Agnes was born October 18, 1902 in Wymore, Nebraska, the daughter of Nicholas J. and Elizabeth Freeman Henry. The family lived in Wymore until 1908 when they moved to Valley Falls, Kansas. In 1918, the family moved to Kampler Switch, close to Seneca, Kansas. She has eleven siblings: Mary, Anna, Rose, Elizabeth, Cecilia, John Agnes, Tim, Catherine, Anthony, and Joe. Agnes died September 8, 1994 in Seneca, Kansas.

Captain Hughes photographed this marriage taking place in Antwerp, Belgium in 1919. He was in Antwerp as part of the Army of Occupation at the end of World War I. James C. Hughes, as part of the 35th Division, left Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and traveled to Hoboken, New Jersey, where he boarded the troop ship "Ceramic" on May 18, 1918. Hughes arrived in Liverpool, England, on June 1, 1918 and then landed at Le Havre, France, on June 9, 1918. Hughes fought in the battles of St. Michael and the Meuse-Argonne. He was at Verdun on Armistice Day, November 11, 1918. He took no photos of the actual fighting. He did take many photographs after the war as part of the Army of Occupation until he left France on July 18, 1919. Here are two photographs of Rebecca Mock her wedding day. Her aunt Dorothy Peterson Sitts and her mother Barbara Peterson Mock made the wedding dress shortly before Dorothy married Marland Sitts at the Andover Lutheran Church near Windom, Kansas on May 4, 1952. The dress was subsequently worn by Barbara Peterson Mock when she married Lyle Mock at the First Christian Church in Hutchinson, Kansas. When Rebecca Mock was shopping for a wedding dress, she decided to wear the same dress her mother and aunt wore. The dress was a fit, and it only needed the lace at the neck line replaced. Rebecca wore the gown at her wedding to Robert Blick on August 9, 1980 at Park Place Christian Church in Hutchinson, Kansas. Each woman selected and wore their own wedding veil. The dress is in the Kansas State Historical Society's Museum collection.
