A note on the letter dated November 17, 1930, indicates the stocks were released by order of the Charter Board.

Also, the letter calls the company's attention to the Blue Sky Law, which provides that a certified copy of any amendments to the charter of any company operating under this law shall be filed with the Bank Commissioner.

A note on the letter indicates the charter was forfeited and the permit was cancelled on December 31, 1929.

The letter contains a list of German-American Oil & Gas Company's stockholders, the certificate numbers, and the number of shares owned by each person that are being submitted to the Bank Commissioner to be held in escrow to fulfill requirements of the recently passed Blue Sky law. A note on the letter indicates the stock was in a transfer file and the permit was cancelled on February 4, 1920.
