U.G. Stewart, pictured on the left, purchased the Rossville News in June 1901 and sold it in 1910. Pictured in the center is Ray Bartley with Paul (Peck) Stewart pictured on the right. This photograph is provided through a pilot project to host unique cultural heritage materials from local libraries on Kansas Memory and was accomplished by mutual agreement between the Northeast Kansas Library System, the Rossville Community Library, and the Kansas Historical Society.
