This black and white photograph shows a workman oiling the new Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway Company's streamlined locomotive #3460 (Blue Goose). The 4-6-4 "Hudson" type steam locomotive was built in 1937 by the Baldwin Locomotive Works for service between La Junta, Colorado and Chicago, Illinois.
