Tobin (RN), Charles Douglas and James Dodge, was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary, on April 19, 1918, from Reno County Kansas for grand larceny. Gus Brodage, also know as Gustave Brodbage, was received at the penitentiary on April 19, 1918 from Reno County, Kansas.
