These three projectile points were collected from an archeological site in Wabaunsee County and donated to the Kansas Historical Society in 2018. Shown are two dart points, both corner-notched, but one has been broken and the other modified. After knapping a dart point was mounted to the dart fore shaft, and then thrown with an atlatl. Also show is a corner-notched arrow point, which would have been hafted onto an arrow shaft and shot with a bow. All three projectile points were made of Permian chert.
