This photograph shows a little girl in ruffled dress and headpiece pedaling a tricycle down West Central Avenue in El Dorado as part of the Kaffir Corn Carnival baby parade. A Knight of Mapira, one of the carnival organizers, accompanies her in dark suit and fez. The Hotel Butler is visible on the north side of the street in the background.
