This warrant for the arrest of William Curtis was issued on August 11, 1858 by Loami McArthur, clerk of the Second District Court in Lecompton, Kansas. The warrant states Curtis was indicted for robbery and orders him to appear at court during the next term in October. The warrant was returned unexecuted by the deputy marshal for lack of time.
