These two arrest warrants relate to the case of the United States vs. Thomas Bigham for contempt for failure to answer a subpoena. The warrants were issued on March 6, 1860 and June 21, 1860 by the U. S. District Court for the Kansas Territory, Second District, in Lecompton. The U. S. marshal states on both warrants that the defendant could not be found.
