These legal documents relate to the case against John Bergeron (Bajero/Bajen) for contempt. Bergeron is charged with failing to report to the United States District Court, Kansas Territory, Second District in Lecompton to testify on the behalf of the United States. An arrest warrant was issued March 6, 1860, and Bergeron was arrested and released on bond March 13, 1860.
