These two dart points were recovered from a camp work shop site in Franklin County and donated to the Kansas Historical Society in 1984. Archeologists often identify projectile points based on their stem type. Both dart points have expanding stems. After knapping the dart points were mounted to the dart fore shaft, and then thrown with an atlatl.
