These three side notched arrow points were recovered from the surface of a Smoky Hill aspect village site and donated to the Kansas Historical Society in 2017. The site, in Saline County, was occupied during the Middle Ceramic period. All three arrow points get their varying shades of pink color as a result of the flintknapper heat treating the material to improve the chert's knapping qualities.
