This poster or broadside advertises a Fourth of July celebration in Walton, Kansas. The day's program and hotel and restaurant accommodations are printed on it. Festivities included a baseball game against Hillsboro, a baby show, a ladies nail driving contest, greased pole climbing, and fireworks. Honorable L. C. Kelley of Newton gave the day's address while John D. Marshall presided as Officer of the Day.
