These photographs show two views of Otto's Mill and dam on the Fall River near Fredonia, Wilson County, Kansas. In the oldest photo, which is a postcard, the mill has a pitched roof and is white-washed. In the newer photo, taken around 1902, a story has been added to the mill and the roof is flat. Two women in the foreground are labeled as Flossie and Nelllie Holden.
