Compact circular hand mirror advertising Ralston Pancake Flour manufactured by the Topeka Milling Company. The Topeka Milling Company advertised Ralston Pancake Flour from at least 1900 to 1913, although ads for Ralston flours go back to at least 1895 without a mill listed. The Topeka Milling Company mill was originally built in 1882, and it was located between Jefferson and Adams on Crane. The mirror itself was made by the Parisian Novelty Company of Chicago, Illinois.
