Grain sampler used to obtain samples of grain at various depths in railroad cars on the Atchison, Topeka, and Santa Fe Railway. Cylindrical brass tube pointed at the bottom, bulb-shaped wooden handle at the top. Oval windows run the length of the tubing. When the handle is turned, small compartments open behind the windows. Manufactured by the Seed Trade Reporting Bureau (later Seedburo Equipment Company) of Chicago, Illinois.
