This is a photograph showing Harry Turbet Taylor working in the Taylor Abstract Title Company office in Larned, Kansas. Harry Turbet Taylor served as a B-26 Marauder pilot during World War II. After being discharged he started working with his father at the family business, Taylor Abstract and Title Company. It had been founded by his grandfather, Henry T. Taylor, in 1889. It was always located in the same building at 114 W 5th Street in Larned, Kansas and is still there.
