This is a photograph showing Clemens Fienhage (seated) and his son Frank Fienhage. Clemens was born September 1823 in Oldenburg, Germany, came to the United States in 1878, and died June 4, 1904 in Seneca, Kansas. Clemens and his wife Agnes had three children: Bernadine (Dina) Fienhage Ronnebaum, Frank Fienhage, and a son who died in Germany at the age of 10 or 12 years. Agnes died in 1862 while the family was still living in Germany. Frank was born May 10, 1860 in Oldenburg, Germany, emigrated to the United States in 1879, and died February 6, 1931 in Seneca, Kansas.
