These seven ceramic sherds were recovered from excavations at the Lewis site, 14PA307, in Pawnee County by Kansas Historical Society archeologists. The sherds were reconstructed and identified, helping to date their location in the site to the mid 16th century. The Lewis site is multiple occupation habitation site with both Pratt Complex (Middle Ceramic Period) and Great Bend aspect (Late Ceramic Period) occupations.
