James Killingsworth was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on November 12, 1897 from Dickinson County, Kansas for rape. Inmate John Naverth, also known by the surname Nanerth, was received at the penitentiary on September 24, 1900 from Smith County, Kansas for breaking from custody.
