This photograph shows inmates William Martin, 9110, and Cyrus Hunter, 9392. William Martin was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on November 11, 1899 from Barton County, Kansas. Cyrus Hunter was received at the penitentiary on May 30, 1900 from Oklahoma. Both men were arrested for burglary.
