This photograph shows inmates Wm. George, 9309, and Wm. Ingram, 9565. Wm. George was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on April 5, 1900 from Johnson County, Kansas. He was sentenced on January 6, 1900. Wm. Ingram was received at the penitentiary on November 28, 1900 from Sumner County, Kansas. Both men were received for grand larceny.
