Draper was received at the Kansas State Penitentiary on January 18, 1899 from Canadian County, Oklahoma for manslaughter. Mike O'Malley was received at the penitentiary on December 25, 1900 from Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma for stealing domestic animals.
