A letter to Kansas Governor St. John from attorney W.D. Wyatt of Clinton, Illinois. Wyatt asks the Governor to visit and speak to the temperance faithful in his community on September 8th. Wyatt, although professing to be a Democrat, suggests he would support St. John as a Presidential candidate in 1884.
