View of workmen and a steam shovel, labeled "Little Giant," at mile 43 in Abo Canyon, New Mexico. Also visible are rail tracks, a pole, and unidentified equipment. This work is presumed to have been part of the construction of the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway bridges, tunnels, and tracks in Abo Canyon that was begun in 1905 and completed in 1908.
