In this letter, temperance worker A. M. Richardson seeks help from Kansas Governor St. John in securing railroad passes for other temperance supporters and lecturers. Governor St. John serves as president of the State Temperance Union and Rev. A. M. Richardson is the 1st vice president and general agent.
