A Richmond, Missouri, temperance supporter writes to Kansas Governor St. John, wondering if any "plan of work" was adopted at the recent Kansas Convention and stressing the importance of a "concert of action." He and Charles Nye have been asked to undertake a campaign in Hiawatha, Kansas.
