Boyle requesting additional information about representation criteria for the September 30th state temperance convention as well as information on railroad rates. Boyle was writing on behalf of temperance organizations in Osborne and Smith counties. It is on letterhead for the Law Office of Walrond & Mitchell, Osborne, Kansas.
