This atlas shows maps of each township with the names of landowners. It has a list of patrons and plats of towns as of the year of publication. Not part of the original publication but inserted in the atlas between pages 5 and 8, are notes from the tenth annual meeting of the Saline County Historical Society dealing with errors in Bishop's History of Saline County. Bishop was apparently present, for his comments are recorded.
