Here are photographs of John Whitfield's "Vital Balance" sculpture, which was unveiled on Dr. Karl Menninger's 90th birthday. The sculpture is 21 feet tall and weighed 3,000 pounds. The "Vital Balance" was the title of a book written by Dr. Karl. It is now in Houston, Texas, at the Menninger Mental Health Epicenter.
