This photograph shows a west view, looking toward the motor car section, of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company's shop number five in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In the centralized equipment facility, a machinist can be seen working on the frame of a M-19 motor car as a co-worker uses a 15-ton crane to move a second car.
