This booklet was devoted to educating the public on the Memorial Campaign that was underway at the University of Kansas. This campaign's task was to finance and complete two Memorial structures, the Memorial Stadium and the Kansas Union, and to place on the campus a statue of the late Dean James Woods Green. The booklet lists the names of University of Kansas students and graduates who died in World War I. It contains statements from E. H. Lindley, Chancellor of the University, and Forrest C. "Phog" Allen, Director of Athletics, about the need for the structures but also the memorial nature of the efforts.
