The OSL engraved on this iron double spanner railroad track wrench stands for Oregon Short Line. The Oregon Short Line Railroad existed as the OSL from 1881 to 1889 and from 1897-1987. It traveled through the states of Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Wyoming.
