Railroad conductor's cap for the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway, donated by the AT&SF General Offices. Cap has dark blue wool crown, black mesh band, and shiny black synthetic visor. Stamped brass strap secured at sides with brass Santa Fe buttons. According to the AT&SF, this cap dates from the 1950s or 1960s. The latest possible year of use would have been 1971, when the AT&SF ceased passenger service.
