Paper sales brochure for the Santa Fe Land Improvement Company, the arm of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway for selling land around the right-of-way. The brochure was part of the Charles "Bud" Goebel collection, which was housed in the Burlingame Santa Fe depot from 1963 until its donation to the Kansas Museum of History in 1981.
