A letter from W.E. Marsh of Lincoln, Kansas, to George W. Marsh, Kansas Historical Society, Topeka, Kansas. Marsh writes that he does not have much information on an Indian fight that once happened near his home. He talks about how the information of the fight was once engraved on a rock but has been erased by weathering.
