This black and white photograph shows a view of a two-story house and dilapidated shed between Quincy and Monroe Streets in the 200 block of East 4th Street in Topeka, Kansas. This area of the town was part of the Urban Renewal program in the 1960s to rehabilitate aging and decaying inner cities by massive demolition, slum clearance or development.
