In this plan to enlist the boys of Kansas in a non smoking campaign, John Edwards, author of the Kansas anti-cigarette law has agrees to pay $100 dollars to the boys club and $50 to the individual boy, who makes the best showing in a campaign against the cigarette. The booklet outlining the harm of smoking may have been written by William A. McKeever, Department of Child Welfare, University of Kansas, Lawrence, Kansas.
