This black and white photograph shows the Red Line Carry Out Café at the northwest corner in the 400 block of E. 4th in Topeka, Kansas. This area of Topeka was part of the Urban Renewal Project in the 1960s to rehabilitate aging and decaying inner cities either by massive demolition, slum clearance or development.
