In this letter to Frank J. McClure, Director of the Veterans Information Center in Kansas City, Missouri, W.F. Turrentine, Jr., Secretary to the Governor of Kansas, informs McClure that "returning service men whose jobs with the state will exist under the original appointing agency will find these positions available upon their return home."
