The title pages states "A true story depicted in word and picture of a thriving, progressive, prosperous city, where life is worth the effort and where human endeavor is abundantly rewarded." The pamphlet includes photographs of city parks, business districts, government buildings, schools, mills, depots, hotels, residences, and churches.
