A political card designed as a door hanger from a Kansas Individual Income Tax form. On one side of the card Kansas voters are asked "Can You Afford Tom Docking's Promises?" of 250 million dollars worth of taxes. The answer on the back side responds "Say No To Tax Increases." "Vote For Experience." "Vote Mike Hayden For Governor". In the November general election Mike Hayden went on to defeat Democratic challenger Tom Docking.
