Diagram of pot and stone materials used to cook soup by American Indians, including the heating stones and transport stick used to boil the soup in the buffalo stomach pouch during the cooking process. The diagram was prepared by authors, Reginald and Gladys Laubin, in their book entitled "The Indian Tipi" first published in 1957.
