This photograph shows an interior view of the Wilson Sprague Drug Store in Buffalo, Kansas. There are five men visible standing in the store, plus a reflection in the mirror on the back wall shows the photographer and his camera standing in the doorway of the store. There are shelves and display cases visible along both sides of the store, and much of the woodwork on the shelves is very decorative. There are bottles of chemicals and pharmacy supplies visible on the shelves on the left side of the picture. A cash register is also visible between the two men on the right side of the picture.
