These four photographs show an exterior and three interior views of the Linn Pharmacy and Drug Store in Linn, Kansas. The first photograph shows an exterior view of the building, with a large sign reading, "Drugs" on the front of the store. There appear to be two men partially visible through the front window of the store on the left side of the picture. The signs below the windows appear to be advertisements for Coca-Cola. The second photograph shows an interior view of the store with shelves filled with bottles of chemicals and pharmacy supplies in the background, and display cases filled with items for sale in front of them. Some tables and chairs are visible in the right foreground of the picture. Items in the display cases on the left of the picture include fly paper, a "Nite Lite," displays for "Snapit Switch Plug Cord Set," and "Snapit Electrical Necessities." A display offering a "Soap Sale" is visible near the middle of the picture. Above the doorway in the right background is a sign advertising Ex-Lax. Visible in the upper right part of the picture is a framed document that appears to be a diploma or certificate with the word "Nebraska" visible on the top of it. The third photograph shows another interior view of the store with items for sale on display. The advertising poster on the lower left side of the picture reads "A hen lays only as well as she feels," and advertises "Pan-A-Min." Displays advertising "Soap Sale" are visible on the right. The fourth photograph shows an earlier interior view with a man identified as Clarence Johnson visible sitting in a chair. Signs near the floor behind him advertise "Chloraide." On the wall in the background are several framed documents that appear to be diplomas or certificates. One has the word "Nebraska" visible on the top line, and two others have "Kansas" visible on the top line. Display cases are visible on the left side of the picture, and tables and chairs are visible on the right.
