This article, published in the June 1945 edition of the Boeing Magazine, details the extraordinary work done by workers at Boeing's aircraft manufacturing plant in Wichita, Kansas. In the Summer of 1944, U.S. Army Air Force requirements led the Boeing plant to recall workers that had been on agricultural leave to cope with the increased production.
