John Brown, general solicitor of the Texas and Pacific Railway Company, sends Governor John Martin a copy of the report and federal court opinion for the case of Doolittle and Schanbacher, leaders in the railroad strike at Hannibal, Missouri. Doolittle and Schanbacher were charged and convicted with interfering with railroad property and intimidating other employees during the Missouri Pacific Railway strike.
