Henderson Martin, the former chairman of the Kansas Democratic State Committee, is attempting to attract newly enfranchised women in Kansas to the Democratic Party. Martin discusses of the history of the party in conjunction with the history of the United States. He outlines laws repealed by the Democrats that expanded personal rights. The pamphlet indicates the Martin was currently the Vice-Governor of the Philippine Islands.
