This photograph shows the front page of an Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe railroad pamphlet. The pamphlet promotes the agricultural, industrial, and recreational development of the West. It invites farmers, miners, and tourists to Kansas, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona. The pamphlet includes a guide to each state or territory with a complete text of the mining laws. Only the front page is available.
