These items are the first three (and perhaps only) issues of a monthly publication dated September, October, and November, 1902. The publication promoted Populist ideas that came to be part of the Progressive movement. It also includes some religious rhetoric. The September 1902 issue includes a "plebiscite ballot" and a return envelope addressed to Jas. Lathrop, Oakland, Shawnee County, Kansas. Readers were to express their options on various Populist/Progressive ideas so that their wishes would be known. The editor was Jas. H. Lathrop and it was published in Topeka, Kansas. The first issue includes a report from the State Convention of the Allied People's Party/Populist Party of Kansas that was held at the Fifth Avenue Hotel in Topeka on August 21, 1902.
